A top Italian utility company will be rolling out a new optical network for DWDM connectivity across their assets in the region. TierOne’s Commercial Portal was also chosen by a top Spanish neutral operator who provides dark fibre and wholesale circuit services to operators and utility companies in the Spanish telecom sector. In an effort to expand yet control their fibre assets and multi-vendor network devices, the CSP will be utilizing Commercial Portal’s Discovery and Reconciliation technologies and Service management capabilities to offer a robust resource and service platform that, integrated with their expanded BSS, drives new revenues.
